What is inside
From technical basics
to local listings.
Every task has a priority and suggested tools, so you know what to do next and how to do it.
Technical audit
Connect Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools and Google Analytics 4, submit your sitemap, then check HTTPS, redirects, robots.txt, images, URLs, 404 errors, load time and mobile-friendliness.
Content optimization
Pick primary keywords and search intent, outline articles, structure H1 to H3 headings, write meta titles up to 60 and descriptions up to 160 characters, add internal links and ALT text, refresh older pages.
Link building and off-page
Link to trusted sources, connect your social profiles, set up Google Business Profile, Bing Places and Yelp listings, collect and answer reviews, add LocalBusiness structured data.
SEO tools
Every task names tools that do the job, from Google Search Console and PageSpeed Insights to image compressors such as Squoosh.
How the score works
Tick a task,
watch the score move.
Set each task to To do, In progress or Done. Done counts in full, in progress counts half, and every task is weighted by its impact, so the score shows real progress, not just ticks.
- Priority, impact (1–5) and difficulty (1–5) for every task
- An impact-to-difficulty score that points to quick wins
- Suggested tools for each task, many of them free
- A dashboard sheet with your overall SEO score
