Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. Free has no time limit and needs no credit card. It comes with a monthly allowance of agent work, 10 tracked keywords checked on up to 10 days a month, and 250 MB of storage. The allowance renews at the start of every month.
How does yearly billing work?
You pay for 12 months upfront. The monthly price shown for yearly billing is that amount divided by 12.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices are net, and VAT is calculated at checkout.
What is the AI usage limit?
One shared limit for all agents and tools, measured over a 5-hour window, a 7-day window and a month. Starter is the baseline (1×), Growth gives you three times as much and Pro eight times. When a window is full, AI work waits until it renews, and the app shows you when that will be.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. You can change your plan during a subscription period, and the difference in fees is adjusted accordingly. A change does not affect the commitment period of the plan you chose before, unless agreed otherwise.
How long am I committed, and how do I cancel?
For the billing period you choose: a month or a year. To end your subscription, let us know before the current period ends. Otherwise it renews automatically for the same period on the terms in force at that time.
Can I get a refund?
Subscription fees are non-refundable, except in the special circumstances described in the complaints section of our Terms of Service. Unused parts of a subscription period are not refunded when a subscription ends.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes. We issue and send an electronic invoice once your payment is received.
